Waterfront views year-round in an elegant setting, the Bellingham Yacht Club is the destination for your special Event. The historic clubhouse hosts not only the BYC club but an event center that is open to the public for rentals.
The views are spectacular and whether your event is an intimate affair or a large one we have the location that is just right for you. For weddings, receptions, special events, family gatherings, meetings, seminars we are ready to welcome you. Imagine arriving on the water to begin your celebration, or take advantage of free parking.

The Marina Room
Bellingham Bay provides the unique backdrop to the Marina Room. It is a spacious bright room offering beautiful sunset views of the bay and Marina. The deck extends the length of the room and provides your guests an expanded outdoor location to enjoy your event.
The room can host 185 guests and includes elegant tables and chairs. A baby grand piano and the rooms unique waterfall are the perfect finish for this room. And finally, the room is equipped with technology to support your meeting needs.
We offer our commercial kitchen for caterers and will provide a list of approved caterers.

The Commodore's Room
The Commodore's Room is a warm and inviting space that showcases the club’s history. The space is ready for small meetings of 20 or can be used for that intimate location for the bridal party.

The Ward Room
The family friendly Ward Room is well appointed for meetings, seminars and family gatherings. The room can host 80 guests and provides plenty of space for your gathering. The buffet style kitchen and entertainment lounge area are included in this space.
